Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the DIGRENO Invoice app and digreno.com, operated by DigReno (“DIGRENO”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

1. The service

DIGRENO Invoice helps businesses in India prepare GST invoices, manage customers and products, and export invoices as PDF. Generating a final invoice uses one credit. Drafts, and changes to an invoice you already generated, do not.

2. Your account

• You log in with a mobile number you own. Keep your phone and app PIN secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• The business details you enter, including your GSTIN, must be accurate and belong to you or a business you are authorised to act for.
• We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse of the free trial, or anything unlawful.

3. Your invoices and tax compliance

You are responsible for the content of your invoices: rates, tax slabs, HSN/SAC codes, place of supply and customer details, and for filing your GST returns. The app calculates tax from the information you enter and checks common formats such as GSTIN, but it does not replace advice from a tax professional. DIGRENO Invoice does not currently generate e-invoices (IRN) or e-way bills on the government portals.

4. Credits and payments

• Credits are sold in packs at the prices shown in the app at the time of purchase. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Each pack is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews automatically.
• Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Free trial credits are given once per business, mobile number and device.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. All purchases are final and non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Your data

Invoices, customers and products are stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups of them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store on our servers.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to create false or misleading invoices, to evade tax, to reverse engineer or tamper with the app, or to interfere with our servers.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may update the app, change features or require you to install an update to keep using it. We will give notice in the app before changes that reduce what you have paid for.

8. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, DIGRENO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including tax penalties arising from information you entered. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Unused credits are lost when the account is deleted and are not refunded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thane, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
