Shipping & Delivery Policy

DIGRENO Invoice is a digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

What you buy

You buy invoice credit packs inside the DIGRENO Invoice Android app. Credits are used to generate GST invoices in the app. Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) in the app before you pay.

How and when credits are delivered

• Credits are added to your DIGRENO Invoice account, linked to your registered mobile number.
• Delivery is usually instant, and normally within a few minutes after your bank confirms the payment.
• In rare cases a bank confirms late. Credits are then added as soon as confirmation arrives, within 24 hours at most.
• Credits do not expire and are available on any phone where you sign in with the same mobile number.

Credits not received

In the app, open Help → Payment issues and tap Check status. If credits are still missing after 24 hours, raise a support ticket or email us with the Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_). See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
