Delete your account

You can delete your DIGRENO Invoice account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

Delete from the app

Open DIGRENO Invoice and log in.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
Confirm. You are logged out and the account is deleted.

Can’t open the app?

Email [email protected] from any address with the subject “Delete my account” and your registered mobile number. We will confirm the request by OTP to that number and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your login, mobile number, business name, GSTIN and email on our servers.
Your devices and notification tokens.
Any remaining credits. They cannot be restored or refunded after deletion.

What we keep, and for how long

Payment and tax records (order ID, amount, date), for as long as Indian tax law requires, currently up to 8 years.
A one-way hash of your mobile number, device and GSTIN, so the free trial cannot be claimed again.

Invoices on your phone

Your invoices, customers and products are stored on your phone, not on our servers. They stay there until you uninstall the app or clear its data. Export any invoices you need before you do.
